Love the water and ice featuer in door. So easy to get to icemaker and filter for changing. Love the shelf that pulls out/recesses back so you can stand large pitchers and bottles. Easy to clean.

I had the older version of this refrigerator, which we loved. We upgraded to this one and wow!! Love the drop down option for the egg carton! Everything moves so smoothly and looks so beautiful! Also love the sensor fill for water which automatically fills any size cup to the correct amount and makes it touch less! You will not be disappointed with this item!

The in door ice maker does not keep up with the demand of a 5 person family. The freezer does not come with an ice bucket. Other than that, happy with performance

Plenty of room and easy to clean. Freezer sometimes has trouble closing completely - need to be mindful of ensuring it is closed. Love the crushed ice maker on the front - best part of the product.

I basically like the refrigerator. My main complaint would be that it periodically makes a loud noise that I am assuming is the motor/compressor. The noise is not constant, but happens at least once a day.

Refrigerator compressor failed after one month. Unit replaced after "catastrophic failure". Replacement unit compressor failure after two months. If I could give no stars to this appliance I would. I recommend you stay away from this refrigerator.

There was a dent in the door upon install- delivery men refused for me to not accept delivery. Freezer door handle falling off, there's insulation coming out the corner of the door, water from dispenser isn't cold, auto fill sensor is not accurate at all. Not worth the price paid. We'll see how customer service addresses these issues. Only bought to match builder installed appliances.

Why no customer service 7/10/2022

We were very happy with our new refrigerator. It seems to have plenty of room and normally kept everything cold. However, we seem to have run into a problem with changing the temperature. It is now stuck at 3 for freezer and 42 for refrigerator. We either get those or turbo. The manual included is not correct for our refrigerator and on line doesn't even list this model. The procedures for the closest model do not work. The call center is closed on the weekend and there isn't even anywhere to work with someone online. Considering these issues, I might think twice about buying again.

Overall, we like it despite problems with the freezer door gasket. It was not sealing and air was getting in causing a build up of ice along the bottom. A service person came out an used a hair dryer to soften and reposition the gasket, fixed. One other problem is the ice maker door gasket. It is not sealing correctly. They are replacing the door soon.

This is the brand I will buy from now on. I love the no fingerprints feature -- it does work! GE Profile offers quality and great features and this model works so well for my family. Caveat: ice makers are always tricky no matter the brand of refrigerator, but GE backs its products and I am pleased with their service.

The refrigerator is average. Nothing special except it's slim and counter depth. The ice maker doesn't make much ice at all. Small capacity. The freezer doesn't hold much I would say it is a basic average refrigerator.

We've had this unit for less than a month - but for some small gap that allows ice to form on the top of the freezer door, its worked very well, importantly, it reaches and holds temperatures perfectly. Repair tech arrives in a couple days, so all should be well.

This refrigerator came with the house. I didn't get to chose it. It's just an average refrigerator with nothing special about it. It doesn't look as nice as other options at this price and it has very basic features - no drawer for wines, no built in water jug, nothing… just the basics. I would not recommend this product at all.

This is the 2nd counter depth refrigerator of this style (french door, bottom freezer) that I have had. I am very disappointed in how shallow the shelves are, you cannot even fit a 12 pack of soda back to front in. The shelves are so shallow because they made the door bins extremely deep. This causes 2 other problems, 1) unless you have the door bins totally full, items in the bins tip over when the door in opened and closed and 2) the doors are extremely heavy and need a strong push to get them to totally close.
